As for education, Bertram studied at a local university before joining the medical school. He then joined Oxford University in England to pursue his studies as a neurosurgeon. After his studies, Bertram started his career as a neurosurgeon and in 1946, he joined a Berkeley’s faculty where he became a neurosurgeon instructor and research associate.

In 1953, he then joined Mount Zion hospital where he served as a director under the hospital neurological institute. He was also the co-director of the pain center of the same hospital.

The late Dianne Emiel Feinstein was the wife of Bertram Feinstein. She was born on June 22, 1933. Her reputation was because she was an American politician and was the oldest during her time. She served as the senator of California from 1992. She held the role until her death.

Dianne was born in San Francisco and her father was a prominent surgeon. She was the daghter of Leon Goldman and Betty Goldman. Dianne grew up in a Christian household. Talking about her education, she attended Convent of the Sacred Heart High School and joined Stanford University where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in history.

Dianne’s political career started when she joined the Coro Foundation from 1955 to 1956. The foundation focused on providing young people with political experience and she was appointed head of the California Women’s parole Board in 1960. She served on the role until 1966.

She has also served as an acting mayor and later on her prime political career was when she got the role to become the senator of California until her death in September 29, 2023.
